One of the best things about working at Kadenze is getting to see the incredible art our members create. We like to share the love with a monthly post of some of the most creative student work from the site. Here are our top picks from August.
Paul DeSilva
Let’s start with some tunes: Paul made this excellent beat for our Ableton Live course. Check out more on his SoundCloud.
Michael Kittenberger
Michael submitted this p5.js animation for his final assignment in our Nature of Code course. It draws Wonder Woman on the right using a genetic algorithm based on the image from the left (courtesy Michael Myers). From the artist:
Attempt to make a grey-scale reproduction of an image with random dots and squares going through a genetic algorithm producing grey-scale color maps which regenerate, mutate, reincarnate and adapt.
Anna Medvedeva and Tsira Gamisonia

Both of these stunning illustrations were submitted for our Introduction to Graphic Illustration course. Huge credit to both of these artists for their attention to color and detail.
Mischa – Dragons
This incredible design by Mischa draws particles based on a fractal L-pattern—it was submitted for our Nature of Code course. Continue staring.
