Comics: Art in Relationship

Yasmin Flores
What you see here are three different slices of Yasmin Flores’ life, combined into one cohesive story. And the coolest part? The perspectives of her dog and “other half” are what make up this narrative illustration.
Loop: Repetition and Variation in Music
Sarah Bly
Prepare to have your minds wander off to imaginative places, while listening to this eerie composition. It has that Tim Burton effect.
Fashion Style Icons and Designing From Historical Elements

Cristiane Rodrigues Neves
Many fashion designers define what they do as “solving a problem,” which first requires getting to the root of it. In this fairly new course we’ve launched with Otis College of Art and Design, fashion history is the central focus. This particular assignment involved identifying a contemporary designer whose past collections were influenced by historical inspiration. Cristiane Neves found similarities between these two looks: the first being a princess gown by Moschino, and the second being a vintage dress of the same silhouette, by Charles Frederick Worth.
Physics-Based Synthesis for Games and Interactive Systems
Don Veca
Sounds a bit like Galaga, doesn’t it? Gamers obsessed with the classics will enjoy these sounds created using modal / physical modeling synthesis.
